Contact Betting Sites Not on GamStop
Spotted a deposit limit that has changed, a licence number that no longer matches, or a bookmaker you think belongs on our list or off it? Our team wants to hear about it. Below you will find how to get in touch and what we can and cannot help with.
How to reach our team
Email is the only way to contact us. Write to info@nongamstopbetting.org.uk and start your subject line with "Reader message:" followed by a few words on the topic, for example "Reader message: broken link". This helps us sort incoming notes quickly.
What to write about
- A figure on a bookmaker card that is out of date
- A wrong licence detail, such as the issuing authority or licence number
- A broken or misdirected link
- A bookmaker to add to, or remove from, our list of betting sites not on GamStop
- A data request about information we hold on you
- A partnership enquiry
Before sending a partnership proposal, please read our About page, which explains how we review bookmakers and how the site is funded.
When to expect a reply
We aim to reply within two to three working days. This is a target rather than a guarantee, and busier periods can stretch it.
What we cannot do
We publish information; we do not run a bookmaker. We cannot access, unlock, verify, close or refund any betting account. If you have a problem with an account, contact the operator's support team first, then escalate to the licensing authority or dispute body named in its terms. We also cannot add anyone to GamStop or remove anyone from it.
If gambling is causing harm
The National Gambling Helpline, run by GamCare, is free and open 24 hours on 0808 8020 133. BeGambleAware offers information and a self-assessment tool if you want to take an honest look at your own betting.
Read our Privacy Policy to see how messages and personal data are handled, and our Terms of Use for the rules for using the site.
